SMALLER DELIVERIES (7 bottles or less) - These are made by UPS and your delivery should be with you within 3 days. For smaller items such as our cleaning kits we may send these via Royal Mail

LARGER DELIVERIES – These are made by your local member of The Pallet Network (TPN), deliveries are made by larger lorries, your bottles will arrive on a pallet, within 4 days.

The vast majority of the UK is free delivery for our water, however some areas (details below) do cost more to deliver to and we have to pass these costs onto you.

UPS Regional Surcharges (plus VAT): Northern Ireland £4.55 Guernsey and Jersey, North Ayrshire, Orkney Islands, Lerwick, Inverness, Isle of Mann, Outer Hebrides, some areas of Paisley and Perth and Aberdeen £20.45

TPN Regional Surcharges (plus VAT): Northern Ireland £24, Guernsey and Jersey £75, North Ayrshire £70, Orkney Islands and Lerwick £101, Inverness £39, Isle of Mann £65, Outer Hebrides £122, some areas of Perth £75, some areas of Paisley £34 and Aberdeen £34
